Lupin genome release

The current version of the narrow-leafed lupin genome publicly available to search by BLAST has been described as the survey assembly in Kamphuis et al., 2015 Plant Biotech J 13 14-25. The de novo Trinity assembly of Tanjil described by Kamphuis et al., 2015 and Trinity assemblies for cultivar Unicrop and wild accession P27255 are also available for BLAST queries. We are working hard on the final version of the narrow-leafed lupin genome assembly and hope to share this information with you soon.
